Frequently asked questions.

How much does the fund cover?
  • The fund covers 80% of flight ✈️ costs only, and you are required to cover the remaining amount.
  • Up to a maximum of $500 or its equivalent for all countries.
  • Except for the USA, Canada, and Australia, with a maximum of $700 or its equivalent.
  • Unfortunately, the fund does not cover visa or program fees to allow the largest number of people to benefit.
When should I send the fund request?

Once you have already received acceptance to a conference.

How many people receive the fund each year?

This depends on the available funding… Currently, between 4 to 8 people per year. The target for this year is to support 10 people.

I want to help; how can I contribute?

I’m always actively raising funds. You can contribute even with a small amount if you’d like. If you have other ideas, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss them.

Once you’re accepted, email the fund with your conference details. That’s the whole application.
